Henry A. Lambert, the founder of Lambert Development LLC has extensive experience in real estate development, management and consulting spanning over 40 years.
After graduating from Bucknell University, he began his career with Webb & Knapp, the preeminent national real estate development company founded by William Zeckendorf. Mr. Lambert also served as Executive Vice President of Canal-Randolph Corporation.
Mr. Lambert served as President of Reliance Development Group, Inc. where he developed an impressive portfolio of office buildings throughout the United States. In Southern California alone, his experience includes developing over 2 million square feet of commercial space and 900 hotel rooms. Mr. Lambert also developed a series of luxury condominiums including the 336 unit condominium known as the Brannan, the 66 unit Oriental Warehouse, 165 unit Potrero and the 82 unit Lansing in San Francisco, California.
Other condominium developments include the 221 unit Renaissance, the 45 unit Bella Via in San Diego and the 67 unit Mission Meridian Station in Pasadena, California. Henry A. Lambert is considered a hands on developer who pays attention to every detail of the development from obtaining entitlements, to the design and construction and sale of the product.
Mr. Berman joined Reliance Development in 1985 and is a graduate of Queens College, City University of New York. He has over 30 years of diversified accounting experience and is Chief Financial Officer of Lambert Development.
His responsibilities include oversight of all accounting and reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting. Mr. Berman provides various financial analysis for both existing and potential developments.
Mr. Berman acts as a liaison between various lending institutions and the development entities during the development and operating stages of a project.
Mr. Berman’s responsibilities also include asset management of a portfolio of triple net leased CVS properties owned by a partnership which Henry Lambert is affiliated with.
From time to time Mr. Berman is an equity participant in projects.
